Our Policy
Thank you once again for choosing a kitten from LegendaryThai. Here, we hope you can make the following commitments to the kitten (all of the following terms will be listed in the cat purchase contract)

We cannot accept abandoning, gifting, or reselling the cat midway. Please consider carefully before purchasing whether you can give your kitten all the love it needs. If for personal reasons you cannot continue to keep the cat, you must contact our cattery immediately.

We cannot accept long-term caging (over 15 days) and fostering (over half a year). Traditional Siamese is an active and lively breed, please provide enough companionship for the kitten.

We cannot accept abuse or the use of violence. If discovered, the cat must be returned unconditionally. The cattery will not refund the purchase price. Legal measures will be used if necessary.

Please provide the cat with a good living environment, a room with sunlight, fresh air, water, and food.

For those who do not understand Toxoplasmosis and rabies, it is our duty to provide the necessary education. If you still think that having a cat will affect pregnancy, please do not purchase.

If family members cannot agree on the decision to purchase a cat, please do not adopt our kitten.

Traditional Siamese cats are short-haired and quite active. If you have severe cleanliness concerns, please do not buy. If you are allergic to cat hair, please think carefully before purchasing. If you choose to return the cat due to an allergy to cat hair, the cattery will not refund the purchase price.

It is absolutely forbidden to declaw the kitten. If discovered, the cat must be returned unconditionally. The cattery will not refund the purchase price. Legal measures will be used if necessary.

Accept regular visits back, not too frequently, but the cattery needs to know the kitten's recent situation. This can be just recent photos of the cats.

For parents who have already chosen a kitten, we will provide weekly updates of the kitten's photos and videos.

To ensure the contract is legally binding, both parties will provide photos of their ID cards (with watermark) to confirm their true identities.
